WHO? SOUP QUARTET Pickett/Ursprung/Ottavi/Lemporte (Graz/Nantes/Besançon)
A quartet of drums, prepared guitar, sax and cello, very energetic, improvised, free and up to the point. Without compromise the music of the quartet wants to be a crossing of musical genres at the borders of jazz and free experimental music. You don’t expect anything, you just come and take a superb sound avalanche!
NATRAJAOR GRAND ENSEMBLE (Open Session – UltraFree) For many years this band of musicians from Nantes from the freejazz and improv scene have been working together in numerous sessions open to all. Natrajaor is the tight band resulting from these open sessions. It pulses like crazy! It’s UltraFree as they like to say, their music is always intense and unpredictable as all music should be free! For this evening Natrajaor is open to all musicians wishing to play FreeJazz, noisy improvisation and without reference.
