sound)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Between wave saturation, signal noise and the hybridisation of spaces, <strong>Interference Zone<\/strong> names a sensitive terrain where perceptions intersect, destabilise and intensify.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this edition, <strong>felt operates as an interface<\/strong>:<br>a porous material, an acoustic filter, a membrane between bodies, architectures, frequencies and environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a city marked by layers of histories, borders, transmissions and discontinuities, Audioblast Cyprus approaches Nicosia as a <strong>sonic and material field of interference<\/strong>, where physical space, radio waves, textiles, infrastructures and human presence constantly overlap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hyper-listening<\/strong> seeks to move beyond the audible, towards an expanded perception of sound through its technological, sensorial, social and material extensions: listening to frequencies, networks, vibrations, textures and collective traces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Projects and activities developed during the week engage with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>augmented listening practices (technological, material, collaborative or extended)<\/li><li>forms of interference (radio waves, AM transmissions, data, feedback, signal crossings)<\/li><li>felt as acoustic matter (absorption, insulation, resonance, filtering, friction)<\/li><li>collective perception of sound in hybrid environments (urban \/ textile \/ radio \/ online, local \/ distant)<\/li><li>metaphors of listening in contexts of saturation, attention, borders and networks<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3>Formats &amp; Activities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Week-long workshop (felt &amp; sound)<\/strong><br>A collective laboratory exploring felt-making, sound experimentation, radio transmission and listening practices.<br>Includes a permanent AM transmission and an online radio stream active throughout the week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Radio &amp; transmission practices<\/strong><br>Continuous broadcasting, live interventions and networked listening moments, linking physical, material and online spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Soundwalks in Nicosia<\/strong><br>Guided and experimental soundwalks unfolding across different areas of the city, focusing on listening as a situated, embodied and material practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Performances &amp;
