Onyx-VJ Installation If you have not installed the Adobe AIR runtime, please download and install it. You can find it here: http://get.adobe.com/air. Install Onyx, and run it. It will ask you for a location to store all your project files. A folder will be created called Onyx-VJ, which will have all the plugins, and this folder also contains your video library folder. Changes from Beta 1 to Beta 2 - MIDI Support. To enable it, you will first have to run the java executable within the midi folder after the app runs for the first time. This is bi-directional, so if you have a midi device that takes midi, it will receive it as well (nice if you have motors) - Settings are now saved, such as window locations, keyboard shortcuts, etc. - Removed the macros window, use the Keys window now. I'll find out something to put in this location :) - Transitions are fixed and work again - Added code-based examples into the sdk folder for patches. I will add more examples for module support/plugin support/filter creation in the coming weeks. - Improved rendering performance Fixes - The app quits normally, how exciting - Other various bug fixes
