It's not raining roses is a game between quotation and appropriation. It hijacks the use and place of objects from everyday life. We walk on the vibrations of a quote formulated by the former American President Donald Trump, mocking his North Korean counterpart Kim Jungun: “Rocket man is on a suicide mission!” interpretation and interaction with the public thus becomes an integral part of the work, Il ne pleut pas des roses points the finger at the absurdity of the current geopolitical landscape, where cynicism and wars of ego trample the populations of the world.

Il ne pleut pas des roses interroge un jeu entre citation et appropriation. Ils détourne l’usage et la place d’objets issus du quotidien. On marche sur la vibration d’une phrase formulée par le président américain Donald Trump, moquant son homologue nord­coréen Kim Jung­un :« Rocket man is on a suicide mission !» Dans ce jeu d’interaction avec le public devient ainsi partie prenante de l’oeuvre, Il ne pleut pas des roses pointe du doigt l’absurdité du paysage géopolitique actuel, où le cynisme et les guerres d’égos foulent aux pieds les populations du monde.
